What was going on
The Heroes already do community work and run small businesses. The session had to be usable the same week, not a theory of marketing.
What we did
We delivered Marketing for Growth for Supreme Heroes 4.0, with the Mona Entrepreneurial and Commercialization Centre.
Monique ran the session. Who they serve, where they lose people, and a simple marketing system they can keep running.
AI and automation were in the room only where they save time on follow-up and content.
