About Innov8tion Hub

A Kingston studio for Caribbean businesses.

We work with MSMEs, early-stage businesses, and organisations that already have demand, and need the site, follow-up, or team training to catch up.

Our story

Started for Caribbean businesses, not imported from elsewhere.

Innov8tion Hub does strategy, development, marketing, training, and AI support. The work is shaped by how Caribbean businesses actually sell: referrals, Instagram, WhatsApp, then a website people check before they reply.

Her own path started when banking could not open a door into marketing. She branched out, built experience with Jamaican brands, and spent hundreds of hours teaching people who already had talent (graphic designers, hair stylists, young entrepreneurs) how to use digital platforms to grow.

The pattern kept showing up: businesses operating as if it were still the early 2000s, tools sitting unused, and capability stopping at a single workshop or social post. Innov8tion Hub is the company built to close that gap with practical Brand, Lead, and Knowledge systems, not another one-off deliverable.

  • 10+ years of marketing, communications, digital strategy, and teaching digital skills
  • Client work in Jamaica, Trinidad, the US, Canada, and the UK
  • Brand, Lead, and Knowledge Engines as how we group work, not as packages you buy
  • Digital-literacy and AI training for entrepreneurs, teams, and communities
Values

What we say yes to, and why.

The four ideas that shape how we hire, what we build, and which engagements we take.

Empowerment

Leave the team able to run it.

Delivery is not enough if only we know how the tools work. We train as part of the job when the team will be using what we build.

Innovation

Use the current tools. Skip the theatre.

We use AI in research, workflows, content, and training when it saves time. We do not add it so the work sounds current.

Community

Caribbean by design.

Workshops and partnerships sit in the markets we actually know: the realities, the workarounds, and the opportunity.

Authenticity

Say what we will do.

We talk about scope, limits, and the next step in plain language so you can decide without decoding a pitch.

Scope and fee

How we differ, and how we price.

We do not sell one package. We do not publish a rate card. The call is where we say what we would actually do next.

How we differ

We will build a site if that is the job. We also do the follow-up, the marketing around it, and the training if your team has to run it. Brand, Lead, and Knowledge are how we group the work, not packages you buy.

  • Copy is written for how Caribbean buyers actually check you. Referrals, Instagram, WhatsApp, then the site.
  • Follow-up is part of the build. It does not sit in someone's inbox after we leave.
  • We use AI when it saves time. We do not add it so the work sounds current.

How we price

We do not publish a rate card. Scope and fee depend on the goal, how ready you are, and what support you need. We talk through that on the call.

  • The consultation does not start the work. We confirm scope, timing, and fee in writing after the call.
  • Websites, automation, and training are scoped to the problem. We do not sell one retainer.

Who we serve

Who this is for, and who it is not.

We work best with leaders who care about their site, their follow-up, and whether the team can run the tools. If you want a template and a handoff, we are the wrong shop.

Caribbean SMEs

Businesses that need a website, marketing, automation, or a sales path that does not add another layer of complexity.

Early-stage businesses

Founders who need a plan, a credible site, or help turning an idea into the next thing they should actually do.

Companies and NGOs

Organisations that need digital-literacy, AI, or marketing training for employees, clients, or communities.

Diaspora-led teams

Businesses in the Caribbean, US, Canada, and UK that want support which already understands both the region and overseas buyers.

How we work

What happens after you book.

Discovery first. Then we say what we would actually do, in what order, and what you would need from your side.

Step 01

Discover the business problem

We start with goals, constraints, channels, and competition. The proposal comes after that, not before.

Step 02

Audit the current setup

Site, funnel, brand assets, analytics. We look for leaks, not easy wins.

Step 03

Write the plan

What to do first, who does it, and a realistic way to start.

Step 04

Design and build

Strategy, design, copy, automation, and integrations on the same timeline.

Step 05

Connect the tools

The apps you already use, plus AI workflows where they remove repeat work.

Step 06

Train the team

Workshops, prompt libraries, and a knowledge base so you are not stuck waiting on us.
